Question

I purchased Easy VHS to DVD on line. Got it yesterday, returned it today. I have two computers, one is a desktop HP Pavilion, only a little over a year old. The other is a laptop Compaq I got for Christmas in December. This program will not work correctly on either computer. On the PC all I can get is a screen that says "no video signal". On the laptop I can get video but no sound output. I tried all the suggestions here and other sites on the web to fix the problems. All to no avail. What a piece of crap for over $60.00.

I bought a $10.00 program off EBAY that will work on my laptop but not on my PC. The only drawback to this program is I can't set a timer to shut the program off when burning to a DVD. Otherwise, it works just fine. Trying to contact Roxio is like pulling eye teeth. I was supposed to get a customer code when I registered the program so I could contact their customer service, well guess what, no code was ever sent to me.

If anyone knows of a good program that I can use to copy VHS to DVD that has a option to set the burn time please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

VHS to DVD as well as the newer VHS to DVD 3 Pro will do exactly what you want.

Where did you buy your copy as Corel/Roxio no longer advertises or sells VHS to DVD but only the new version?
