Dvd Won't Work In Ps3

So I made a DVD last night and it won't play in my PS3. I get the message:

 

This Video cannot be played.

When I look it up, it says this:

 

80029946 - Attempting to play burnt Dual layer NTSC disc on a Pal ps3

(workarouns is to transfer files to ps3 via TVersity)

(added 24th Sept 2007)

 

 

I am not using a Pal PS3, so I do not know why this is happening. Does anyone have any idea of how I can fix this? My ps3 is updated with the latest software.

It's more likely that it is a PAL DVD. What settings did you use in Toast to create the disc?
