The audio from .mov files sounds perfect when played in the "trimmer" but when played or output directly from video wave it is choppy.

I thought I was in the Video Wave by Roxio thread. I am just editing the video and sound and these .mov file formats play back with a choppy, cut out sound but using the trim function the sound plays back perfectly.

First make sure you have your QuickTime updated to the Latest & Greatest (7.7.3) :lol:

 

If these files are from a Camera, you may have to run them through a converter before they can be used. - digital cameras only test in QT compatibility, AND take some liberties with the format ;)

 

Try loading in a raw MOV file to VW then Export As in any format...

 

Then load that new file and see what it does!

 

If it is good that way, you might want to go with a 3rd Party converter that will do Batch Processing.
