Can't Log Off?

Whenever I'm doing some capturing in the day and I try to log off at night, "Ending Program MediaCaptureGam" always comes up. It takes like 20 End Now's for the computer to finally log off. When I press Ctrl Alt Delete It says there is no programs running...again, this only happens when I have used the Roxio during the day.

 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you remove your external devices when turning off your computer? Or are you leaving it plugged?
