Roxio Game Capture Hd Pro Stops Responding

Question

Alright, everything is connected properly, I can see the preview and record. But happens to be that after successfully recording one or two clips, I start recording another one but once I click

Stop Capture the program stops responding. I wait a while for it to respond again but it doesn't. I then exit and run it again and the problem continues.

It needs a proper repair:

 

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

 

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

Did that now the problem is worse. The image displays in my tv but all I get in the Roxio Game Capture is "Status: No Signal" and the preview window is black, not blue like it used to be. Also when trying to go to options it stops responding immediately.

Do it again!

 

Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 attempts to get it right ;)
