Jim_Hardin
I have all the system requirements for the roxio game capture hd pro... ...Gone into the program and pressed the fix button. How about listing you specs rather than asking us to take it on faith Include (Win-Pause) your Windows Experience score as well. WHERE on earth is a "fix button"

Jim_Hardin
Thought I had missed something there Your really tight lipped about providing info, how do you expect anyone to help you??? Provide a screen cap of your Win-Pause screen ~ posting info HERE Same for your Device Manager with Sound, Video and game controllers expanded with the Device plugged in. Might as well outline the proper steps for a Repair, and you can run that again: Make sure you do it this way... First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc. Remove the Device and set it aside for later. Now insert your Roxio Disc - run Install. Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows) When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that! When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

sknis
Roxio don't work here ! We are users and have no way to contact them. Listen carefully, that message has nothing to do with the video capture program. It means there is a screw up with your video card drivers. The .Dell should have given you a hint. Contact Dell and talk to them about updating and repairing you video card/chip drivers. Kid? More like a spoiled brat.

sknis
You don't know my Circumstances, I am not spoiled at all, I have to buy every thing my self and I don't have a job. I onaly get 5 dollars a week for doing lots a hard work around the house. Think oboist that dick I apologize. Actually I broke my personal rule never to post in the Game Capture part of the forum. I have misread several young people because they can be so demanding and because they don't seem to understand that we are users and not Tech Support. All of us have lives outside of these forums. Your best path forward is to contact Tech Support. Make sure you tell them that you were never able to install the software. Please answer the questions that others ask to the best of your ability. As you see, if you ignore the questions, people get angry; if you say you don't know, people will be more willing to help. Let's start by posting your computer specs in this thread so someone will help. Follow these instructions carefully; print them off if you need to. Go here (link) for instructions. Oh, and stick with one thread.
MrDerpski
You don't know my Circumstances, I am not spoiled at all, I have to buy every thing my self and I don't have a job. I onaly get 5 dollars a week for doing lots a hard work around the house. Think oboist that dick I saved my money for a couple of months just to buy this, and since the currency is here is different, I had to pay 470 bucks to get this so... Anyways repairing doesn't always repair the problem (ironically). Try uninstalling, then installing it back (and make sure not to plug in the device during the process)
