Roxio Game Capture Software Stopped Working...

Hello,

 

My Roxio Gamecap was working fine with my computer (I have recorded my PS3 with it without issue) but I did not use it for about a week or so.. then I go and try to use it again and the software doesn't work properly anymore..

 

 

As you can see, there is no GUI where there should be.. I have no idea how to fix this.. I have tried re-installing and repairing the software and disabling windows Aero but it does not work after this still.

I have also tried to use it with another user but the same thing happened, The editing software still works.

 

Again, it worked fine before but doesn't anymore..

 

I am on Windows 7 64-bit

 

(My hardware specs shouldn't matter since it worked fine before..)

Have you installed the Service Pack 1 update yet? Try doing that, restarting, and see if it comes up. If it doesnt, put the disc in your drive, run the setup off of it, select to check for updates, then select to do the repair from there. Restart, and see if that brings it up. Thats what I had to do.

No I have done this already before I started using it the first time, forgot to mention that..
