Install Interrupted - Split

I just downloaded HD56ZXD1ECD_RoxioEasyCDandDVDBurningv10.3. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate on an HP Pavilion dv6. Installation Interrupted, it says.... install fails. I redownloaded. Switched off security software. still no go. Is there any solution? Or do I just return this? Can you reccommend a reliable program for burning simple data CDs/DVDs?

This is not really the same as the Topic you posted in... Besides, it is always best to start a new Topic rather than do a 'mee too' post

 

Most likely this is comming from a DirectX issue and the solution for that is located, HERE

 

Try that and let us know!

If that's all you want to do, use the built in burning capabilities built in to Win 7.
