Domnaranjo
I have a 3 disc backup set made with Take2. I don't want to perform a full restore, but I would like to open the backup to view the contents. I may need to restore select files. Please help. I have a Windows 98 SE computer, but I no longer have the Easy CD Creator install disc. Thanks!
ogdens
Do you still have the Easy CD Creator 5 installed on your computer?.
Domnaranjo
No, I don't have any of the Easy CD Creator software anymore.
ogdens
If you only want a few files, Take Two has to be installed on your system. You could try isobuster or cdroller , bit I doubt that will work.
d_deweywright
I doubt either of those (isobuster or cdroller) will work either. You can buy an ECDC 5 disc on ebay for anywhere from 99 cents to $25. If you go that route, make sure it comes with the installation key. When you created your backup, did you also create the bootable restore media so that you could restore your image? If so, then you could consider restoring your image to a new drive, and then copying your files off that.
Domnaranjo
Ogdens, I will try those apps. I've tried others that are similar with no luck. Thank you. D_deweywright, I'll look for the software on ebay. Thanks for the tip. If I created the bootable disk, then I lost it. Thank you.
