I also am having this problem. Along with when I start the initial software and click capture nothing happens. I suspect this is a software issue and assume there will be update shortly. I have tried reinstalling from both my CD and the downloads online found on Roxios download page, neither worked. Also tried installing with updating before hand and that did not work either.

I would not assume there is an update coming soon. Not that I know there isn't but if your package was working before, and now it's not, we have to try and figure out what may have happened between the time it was working, and now.

The last time i used it was several months ago, so I just assumed it was the updated since that since then i have reformatted and did a fresh install.

Yes I did try step 2.
