I purchased my Roxio around christmas, I haven't been impressed. First time using it my video sped up. This made me completly stop using my Roxio, I am recently trying to use it again but the problem persists. I am trying to now contact customer support and I apparently have not registered my product. I can't find my support code as I threw away the box(even if it is on the box). Can anyone help, or help me get a refund.

What did Amazon say, when you contacted them about a refund? If they said no, then you are more than likely SOL.
