Roxio Game Capture Installation Unterbrochen

Hallo,

 

ich habe mir vor einigen Tagen eine Roxio Game Capture zugelegt. Nun habe ich mehrmals versucht die software zu installieren. Das funktioniert leider nicht. Nach etwa 10-15 minuten wird mir eine Meldung angezeigt: "Installation unterbrochen".

Dies geschieht bevor man auf dem Installationsbildschirm "Rollback von DirectX 9 Runtime läuft" sieht. Dort geht der Ladebalken rückwärts also nach links und die Installation wird wie besagt unterbrochen.

Ich habe auch schon die Checkliste durchgeführt, was man vorher aktualisieren sollte. Bei mir ist alles auf dem neusten Stand.

Danke Für die Antwort aber diese antwort habe ich auch von dem Support bekommen. Ich habe die Schritte ausgeführt, jedoch hat sich an dem Problem nichts geändert!
