tangle
I just downloaded and installed Creator NXT Pro and installed it. It installed with no problems at all. When I click on the desktop icon, a Roxio window comes up with all the options - anything I click on immediately gives the following message: "The program can’t start because d3dx9_33.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I tried reinstalling the program - same result. I'm running Windows 7 Pro, solid state hard drive and 8 core processor Any ideas why nothing will run and I get this message? Many thanks for your time and help! sknis
Did you install the program with your antivirus running? That is a Windows error; not a Creator error. Google for the fix. Here are some results. Also this.
