Capture Screen Problems.

Hello, I have had my roxio game capture for a while now. It has been working fine but I have not used it in a while.

Anyways heres the problem, when i go to capture the videos this appears, everything else works fine.

Thanks for the help, noone! I figured out the problem... The roxio game capture does not work with windows 8.

I plugged it into windows 7 and it worked.

Roxio cares so much about our simple issues.

A bit impatient aren't you This is not Roxio support but just users who volunteer their time.

 

Anyway, you state that the program worked fine and now doesn't. So what did you change on your system to corrupt the program?

 

As ogdens posted Roxio Game Capture is compatible with Windows 8.
