Question

Hi guys basically I bought my friends roxio hd pro cap card and I got it p and all going I updated my computer and everything! I have recorded my video and when I watch it through it lags ... ALOT. My friend who I bought it off said to render it but I don't know how and when I try to edit the video with video wave it says its not responding to everything , but when it does work the video has the same screen but plays the audio of it . Please anyone could you help me ?!

Did you see the "Support" button at the top?

 

In your case, all support will be on a Fee Basis.

 

You need to supply your PC Specs as well as your setup. However, nothing can be done about the lag... For that you need to use a second monitor for playing the game on.

 

As far as VideoWave not working, could be your PC is not up to the task, but I would recommend you try the proper repair once or twice:

 

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!
