Help Roxio Software Capture Flashing Like Crazy

You don't really expect anyone to try to suggest anything with NO Information :lol:

 

PC Specs?

 

Gamebox?

 

Setup?

Sorry just realy want this fixed!

HDMI

Whats gamebox?

 

Windows 8

2gb ram

dual core 2.30 ghz

64 bit

 

if gamebox is console its xbox

PC Specs, like I have in my sig block, specifics ;)

 

Click on the Win-Pause combo and tell use what it says about your CPU - RAM - and your Windows Experance number?

 

Based on the gamebox, how is connected to the RGC? Is that via HDMI?

 

I think i listed that above ?

winkdows experince is 3.0

No no in any detail... It make a difference if you have an Intel or AMD processor, not just the listed speed...

 

Other users have had difficulties when their Windows Experience is in the low to mid range 3's :huh:

 

But we won't know until you try conducting a Proper Repair ~ if you don't understand everything here, get some over to work with you because nothing in this list is an option ;)

 

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

 

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

Oh sorry its an Intel processor just did that but to no avail but I did get it to glitch and not show the preview and it worked fine so is there a way to get rid of the preview because its the thing causing the flashing
