Easy Vhs To Dvd 3

I have registered it . Now I'm trying to install it .windows 8 . it opens up to the welcome to the setup wizard for Roxio easy VHS to DVD 3 then I click on next then I accept user lic agreement click next then I put the product key in and then it says product is not activated. HELP PLEASE!!!
