Change The Start Position Of The Audio?

So after recording for an hour using roxio and audacity to record my voice I go to edit, I can easily change the video's start and end position to make it 10 minutes long for each part, but after putting my recorded voice in there I can not change the start position of it, only the end position, so for part 2 my exported audacity file starts at part 1. Can someone please help me?

You put the Audio in BEFORE you make any changes.

 

And you place on the Internal Track of the Clip.
