Problems Before I Start

I just purchased toast and the money was taken out of my paypal account but as of yet not received an email with the download link or activation code . The other thing is that I cannot access my account because using paypal I do not have the last five digits of my credit card .

 

Any help here or do I need to call customer support before I am even able to start the software

Sorry, can't help with this problem. I think Paypal has some options when a purchase doesn't get satisfactorily completed.
