Lost Cd / Product Key

I purchased my roxio game capture card back in December and registered it using my old laptop. Recently I upgraded my machine and am unable to locate my install media and product key to get the device configured on my new system. Is there someone who can contact me on my registered email address to send me the software and my existing product key?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
