Uninstall

My newly acquired VHS to DVD for Mac software has started to fail. It fails to continue recording until the end of the VHS tape. There was no mention of "uninstalling" the program in the product info booklet nor on this website (I tried many searches - in every area where a search was possible). I have now deleted it and installed it again. Please let me know if there is something else to do.

Aside from a plist file in the Preferences folder of the User Library, trashing the app uninstalls it.

Correct. That small file can be left there.
