I lost Serial # which is needed to install Creater 10.

 

 

Is there any way for me to rescue Serial #?

Or, is there a way to install without Serial #?

If you registered it when you first installed, you can retrieve the info........click on the Red Roxio logo (top left on this page) click on MY Account and follow directions.

You leave us with a dilemma. You posted in the part of the forum for Creator 2010 but you say you need to reinstall Creator 10. Creator 10 (your term) could be Easy Media Creator 10, Creator 10.x (a OEM) version or Creator 2010.

 

If you have Creator 10.X that came with your computer, you must contact the computer manufacturer.

 

If you have Creator 2010 or Easy Media Creator 10, do as ogdens suggests. If yu didn't register, then you are out of luck.
