L i s t your PC Specs like I have in my sig block... Include your HDD Free Space.

Most of this will show up if you just click Win-Pause. Include your Windows Experience Number from there too while you are writing down the DETAILS of your Processor & RAM ;)

OK, thanks for the updated info ;)

Nothing in that looks to be an issue so let's start with the proper repair.

Do it JUST like this and keep in mind sometimes it takes 2 or 3 attempts to work.

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

If this don't do it, your done for

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Download and install the
Uninstaller. Then run it in
Moderate Mode
to remove any traces of Roxio.

Create a New User Account with Administrator Privileges.

Turn OFF any A/V & Firewall.

Reboot and log on to that new account.

Copy your entire disc to a new folder on your HDD.

In that new folder, right click on Setup.exe and select Properties.

Under the Compatibility tab, make sure
nothing
is checked!

Right click Setup.exe and select Open.

Allow it to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio not Windows)

Use the Default Locations!

I am currently having this same problem and it came out of no where when it was working just fine a couple days ago. All I want to know is if it is fixable and how, or if I buy a new one will that one work or does my system just not like Roxio anymore? If someone could please help me since Roxio's "Technical Support" wont, I would greatly appreciate it.

Well when I open up the menu it works fine but as soon as I click the capture button you quickly see it say "loading" but it then quickly disappears and nothing loads up as well as when I click the edit button that opens up but soon crashes after loading. I used to be able to work it normally and everything worked fine and I could record but nothing has changed except I cannot use the cap card anymore because it will not work.

PC Specs:

- NVIDIA GTX 650 Ti BOOST 2GB

- Intel Core i3 3220 CPU

- 8GB 1600MHz Memory

- 1TB 7200RPM HDD

- ASUS H61 Chipset Motherboard

- 430W Corsair CX Power Supply

- DVD-R/RW/CD-R/RW

- Microsoft Windows 7
