Lost Cd, But Registered And Have Cd Key

Question

Hi,

i bought both of Roxio Game Capture and Roxio PC Game Capture, but i lost their CDs, i registered both of them, and i have their CD keys, but i need the software.

also, is there any way to active both of them together, because i have tried this before, but no luck.

i had lost my support code and i think it's expired too, so i posted my request here :)

Sorry, I read that before i post my request:

 

1. Contacting support is the best first option so you can send the required information directly to Roxio Support Personnel.

 

2. If you cannot access support due to expired support code, make that obvious in your post and hopefully a moderator (Guru) will forward your info. Check back often for a personnel message from someone at Roxio Support.
