OOPs, I misread your original post. You have audio but not video - correct? Both on your computer and on a DVD player? Is it all images or images and video?

In the past extra large images cause this kind of problem. Are the images from a different cameras or have different settings? Do do have a Photo Editing program that you can use to reduce the size of the images?

I have a similar promblem the difference is it plays fine on my computer in creat photoshow it wont' burn pictures

Sorry Shine, Would you give us more details?

What plays fine on your computer? Are you talking about a preview or a burned DVD? Should there be some punctuation between photoshow and it? What it doesn't burn pictures. Burn to what?

Did you read the advice above in my reply. Is this what you are experiencing? Did you try it?

Please get back to us.

So you have Creator 2012 and not the standalone version of PhotoShow. Is that correct? That is a whole 'nother issue. When you open the application, go to the top menu and look at "About". What does it say about the name of the application and the version? For those of us that have both Creator 2012 and the stand alone PhotoShow, the program doesn't give us that option.

What did you use to resize the images down. In other words, lower the resolution so that the number of pixels are smaller? if you have Creator 2012, then you have PhotoSuite. Resize the images to around 720 by 480 (or whatever it will allow). Save as a different name. Try making a slideshow from those pictures. If you are going to make a slideshow for DVD, you are going to make a standard definition movie. Standard definition is 720 by 480 (in the US).

Are you able to use the other applications in Creator 2012? Please provide the dxdiag.exe TEXT file on your computer so we can see if there might also be a hardware issue. Do this (link). It takes only a couple of minutes..

BTW, if you are using a mobile device to reply to these messages, I would prefer if you don't. Without punctuation , there are run-on sentences that are really hard for someone to read and understand. If you want help, you have to help us help you.
