Hd Pro Game Capture Issues

Hello all

 

Hoping someone can help me.

 

I recently purchased a HD Pro to capture games for commentary.

 

The capture device works fine when I play it back on my Laptop however the issue I have is that whilst I am playing with the capture HD pro up and running the picture on my TV is really bad. the best way to describe is almost like was out with the colour.

 

Can anyone help please.

 

Little info.

 

Console - XBOX 360

TV - Samsung 50'' Plasma

Connections all HDMI from xbox to roxio and roxio to tv usb to laptop from roxio.

Settings - standard 720p

 

Also if the everything is connected up and the put the capture sofwear is not open I get no picture on the tv

I followed the instructions as stated but the issue still remains, like I said the picture on the lap top is fine its the picture quality on my TV whilst it is all connected the picture the colour quality is poor very washed out anyone please hep me
