That is actually a little too vague for anyone to make any suggestions...

You need to provide a little more to help ;)

Has it ever worked?

You need to provide your PC Specs ~ like I have in my sig block.

Most of that along with your “Windows Performance Index” can be obtained from clicking - Win-Pause.

Then, unplug the RGC Device then open up your Device Manager (Win-Pause - upper left)

Plug in the device and see if it shows up and note that there can be no errors or warning in there.

Should look like this:

It has worked before. I stopped using it for about a month and them when i try using it again it didnt work. I conneted the Roxio to the computer and it didnt show up in the sound, video, and game controller section.

So what updates/installs etc did you do to corrupt your Roxio?

It seems a uninstall and reinstall is required.

I have uninstall in reinstall the software already. And i have the latest update.

May not be enough...

FOLLOW these steps!

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Download and install the
Uninstaller. Then run it in
Moderate Mode
to remove any traces of Roxio.

Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When the Install competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
