Creator 2012 Fails To Open In Xp

Creator 2012 has been installed for about the last year and a half and has been used many times. The program started to work erractically last week, not burning dvds completely and then not at all although the program was running and did not indicate any problems or errors. I uninstalled the program and then reinstalled, several times and the program fails to open. I am using Windows XP SP3.

does "TOTALLY CLEANED UP." only refer to defragging or was there any "cleaners" involved?

 

It certainly looks like one of the updates has corrupted Roxio.

Only defragging, I don't use any other "disc cleaners" or update programs.
