Lost Cd And Cdkey

I bougth the product Roxio Game Capture HD PRO in one trip to USA, but in this monday I had problem with my suitcase and lost the installation cd and cd key.

I would like to know if I send the hardware information, it's possible to get the software by download Roxio Game Capture HD PRO and the Serial Number.

If you registered, there will be a CD Key under your account (did you look?)

 

IF you don't have that you will need another proof of purchase...
