Brendon
Hi Ron, That message comes from sndappdll13.dll which is used by a number of different audio modules in this software. I can't find anything in or around Roxio Easy Audio Capture to directly control it, but there are a number of settings in Creator 2012 which are found where you least expect them. You might try this, to see if these settings alter things for you: -open the Multiple Audio CD Ripper [Rip-Advanced] -click the Settings button, and uncheck the two checkboxes that I've outlined in red in the Settings box. -click OK, then finish. Close the Ripper, and then close Creator 2012 [to make it read the new settings next start-up] -Start Creator 2012 and capture some audio from your sound card. -Come back here and let me know if this has stopped that window from opening, please. Regards, Brendon
