Rendering Problems

marcelgriggs

Question

I have had my roxio for 3 weeks and in the begining I was able to capture, edit, and render in HD but now i can't.

I start my new products in 16:9

I tried all of the HD option and the file quality

I know that I'm recording HD because before I put the video in videowave its in HD

please help.

You can't what? How about some details  All you have said "something no longer works"

What have you done to your system since it worked?

The only thing that i have done is began to capture in 1080i and 1080p, and I originally captured in 720p.

I went back to 720p and I stil can not render in HD.

But again its not that my roxio isnt capture in HD it just not rendering in HD.

Besides that i havent done anything new

You keep leaving out everything between 'I capture' and 'I can't'...

It is the missing details that we need

First - what happens when you Export As? Why do you think it in not HD?

When you load your clip, right click and tell us what the Properties - Details has to say about it?

Actually, if you would post a pic or two we might spot something sooner ;) (posting info

HERE)

For example, if you add Anything in front of your clip that is non-HD, it will change your choices in Export As
