Cannot Add Audio At This Position - Split From Non-Related, Hijacked Dead Thread

I am making a DVD and trying to ad music to the production in the TimeLine section. When I choose a song, I get a prompt that says, "Audio cannot be added at this position". Where am I going wrong. Thanks for your help

WHERE is your scrubber in relation to the SELECTED video clip???

 

Hint: the scrubber MUST be within the selected clip
