Roxio Hd Pro - No Signal And No Resolution

Question

Alright, so I've been trying to get this thing to work now for I would say the past 6 hours.

Here's what I have done so far:

Uninstalled all drivers, uninstalled the Roxio Software.

Reinstalled the software first, then updated it, restarted my computer I can't even count how many times and then plugged the device into all the USB ports I have accessable.

Tried using 2 different USB cables (the one from the regular Game Cap)

ABSOLUTELY nothing I've done has fixed the issue. I have gone through services and stopped, and restarted the device, I've set it to automatically start.

It works in Xsplit with absolutely no problem (aside from the audio jitter). But when I try to go into the Roxio software it's like "nope, not gonna let you do a thing"

Have you tried this?

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

After doing that again, try it!

If you still get the Red No Signal, try a completely different source, such as a DVD or BD Player (using the hdmi or component output)

Other than 'Don't Work' you have told us nothing about your setup, system or if you ever actually tried a different source

Good Screen Caps though

How about one of your Device Manager showing Roxio?

It's being run through the Xbox Slim (250GB) console. HDMI set up. I have tried the ONLY other HDMI device that I have. Which would be my Digital Cable DVR Box. Still nothing.

Edit: I have also just updated all of my Windows Drivers through the windows updater.

Great ~ you have the "Incompatible Suite" error and that needs to be fixed!

This is extensive, but it what I suggest... And I suggest you Print it and check off items as you go ;)

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Download and install the
Uninstaller. Then run it in
Moderate Mode
to remove any traces of Roxio.

Create a New User Account with Administrator Privileges.

Turn OFF any A/V & Firewall.

Reboot and log on to that new account.

Copy your entire disc to a new folder on your HDD.

In that new folder, right click on Setup.exe and select Properties.

Under the Compatibility tab, make sure
nothing
is checked!

Right click Setup.exe and select Open.

Allow it to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio not Windows)

Use the Default Locations!

There you are. That's the most recent one.

omg the log is for PROs, but i saw a lot of error in the log, relating to your msi file cannot excuted... it's probably windows' fault, try locate the files and install manually.

Also update .NET Framework 3.5 & 4.0 & 4.5 DriectX

ok the guru just post a solution, try his first :)
