Slow Rendering On Roxio Hd Pro

My New windows 8 laptop takes about 30 minutes to render a 5 Minute video capture on hd pro,I use pal/same as original setting.Does anyone else have this issue or is it it the same for everyone.

 

I have moved you post to the Roxio Game Capture HD Pro forum since I assume that is the program you have. It is always a good idea to use the full name of the program you are using.

 

Please explain exactly what you are trying to do and what you are doing.

Thanks for your reply.Iam not sure if these are the details you need to help answer my question but the details are as follows; AMD E2-1800 APU WITH RADEON HD GRAPHICS 1.70 GHZ. SYSTEM TYPE 64 BIT OPERATING SYSTEM X64 BASED PROCESSOR.

 

If there is not enough info here can you explain how i would find rest of info on laptop.

With regards to my laptop spec please find the below info,one of your collegues Jerome helped me find info on laptop.

You are below the minimum requirements, AMD requires a 2.0 GHz processor and yours is 1.7...

 

That is likely the main factor!

 

And of course Settings! If you render at the Same As setting of your Source it proceeds faster because it doesn't have to change things ;)

 

For a test: try capturing a segment at 720I then render it at the same value and see what happens.
