Are you saying my processor doesnt meet up to requirements?

The minimum for Intel is 1.8 GHz but if you capture 1080 you need 2.3 GHz...

You have a 1.73 GHz - clear?

Even so, it should not behave that way...

Vidoe Card looks to be enough BUT both the Drivers and Software must be up to date AND NO Tweaking! Set it to Stock settings.

A proper repair would be in order:

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

I have done all that already and all my drivers and stuff are always up to date i do an update on them every month or whenever new drivers are put out. I have a widget on my desktop for my processor that is constantly saying its processing 2.00 ghz, So idk.
