I have a old version of VHS to DVD Still have the box and start guide, I try reinstalling the software, can not find my code on the box it has the P/n number and two bar code numbers and I got a sticker with my name and number and date try everything but still can not install disk. I reregister the produce back in 2009. How can I get my code number. I look all through this web sight and got no help. you can't call anyone or email anyone with out this code. Help
