Question

I have deleted it several times, reinstalled, read endless discussion posts and am very frustrated. I think the driver is the issue. Still everything loads but the start recording button does not light. I was so excited to get this product and after many hours of frustration and no help I am completely disheartened with this product. Sadly I feel I just wasted my money. At this time I would not recommend this product to anybody.

You have posted NO Useful information, beyond 'don't work'...

 

The product has been out for many years with millions using it, so we know it does work!

 

Need your PC specs (Win-Pause)

 

Details on HOW you are connecting it

 

What is showing in your Device Manager (win-pause ~ upper left corner) With the device plugged in.
