Laptop Broke, The Product Key Was On It..help?

Question

Dear fellow consumers and/or staff,

My laptop broke, i used it for my Roxio Game Capture. I Have bought a new computer, but the Product Key was on the laptop, i spent 100$ on the Capture device i havent been able to use it for over a year. I tried emailing and got no response, please help me i want to love roxio but im getting no help so far my investment seems to have been in vain is their anyway to get roxio to work again but on my computer?

The product key is only for the included software.. You can still use the Roxio Game Cap with other broadcasting/recording software.. I personally dont even USE the included software, I use the Adobe Flash Live Media Encoder or XSplit Broadcaster..

 

You can get both of these programs at the following sites..

http://www.xsplit.com/

 

Simply download and install these free programs, and your laptop will recognize the Roxio as a webcam.. You can stream remotely to USTREAM, Livestream, JustinTV, etc, and or record to your hard drive to upload to youtube later.

The product key wasn't on your laptop! It was on the envelope that contained your software disc.

 

Not much of your post makes sense. You bought a new computer over a year ago, and you are just now posting about your problem?

 

If you registered your RGC, then go to Roxio's main website page, click on My Account, at the top of the page, sign in, and you should find your Product Key listed.
