Creator Nxt Pro Uninstall Windows 8

Milophie

Question

Windows 8

HP Envy H8 1435

Intel I-5-3470 CPU

3.20 Ghz

10 GB Ram

Nvidia 1 Gb Graphics Card

I am using Roxio Creator NXT Pro, Version 14.0.36.0;5.0.0.0. I installed NXT Pro and created a number of dvd.s in the past months. All of a sudden, I went to MYDVD, loaded the movie, etc. etc., then went to burn, and I kept getting an error, "No Disk In Drive," There was a disk in the drive, and every other program on my computer sees the drive and disk. After doing everything I could think of, I decided to uninstall the program and re-install it. I can't find any posts for a clean uninstall of NXT Pro. After uninstalling and reinstalling, the program is a complete mess. It can't locate files, the menus jump all over the place, it is basically unusable. Is there a clean uninstall procedure for NXT Pro, so I can go back to basics and try again? This program is supposed to work with Windows 8, but it's a mess to me. When it was installed and working ok, among other things, the plus and minus buttons in zooming don't work at all.

I'm not going to quote your entire message, Did you know that there is a on-line Technical Support Kb? Go to the top of this page and select 'Support" and then "Support Home", From there you should be able to get to the Kb articles. The one you are looking for is this one (link).

If you have problems after that, download the trial versions of Revo Uninstaller PRO. Use the forced uninstall options. You use that at your own risk,

Before you re-install, follow these guidelines,
