I am using Roxio Creator NXT Pro, Version 14.0.36.0;5.0.0.0. I installed NXT Pro and created a number of dvd.s in the past months. All of a sudden, I went to MYDVD, loaded the movie, etc. etc., then went to burn, and I kept getting an error, "No Disk In Drive," There was a disk in the drive, and every other program on my computer sees the drive and disk. After doing everything I could think of, I decided to uninstall the program and re-install it. I can't find any posts for a clean uninstall of NXT Pro. After uninstalling and reinstalling, the program is a complete mess. It can't locate files, the menus jump all over the place, it is basically unusable. Is there a clean uninstall procedure for NXT Pro, so I can go back to basics and try again? This program is supposed to work with Windows 8, but it's a mess to me. When it was installed and working ok, among other things, the plus and minus buttons in zooming don't work at all.
