Won't Update, Some Modules Won't Start

Question

I have Creator NXT Pro installed on a Dell XPS with Windows 8 Pro 64 bit. When I try to update I get the message "Cannot find the product. Visit the Home Page." Some modules like the video capture appear to start but terminate with no error. Installation went normal with no errors and I've even reinstalled. Very Frustrated!

There are no updates and the update software returns the error you saw.

 

Disable all programs, put the installation disc in a drive and run it, when repair is offered run it and reboot the PC.

 

Did that fix anything?
