Change Quality

I have burned discs with this program before. When I got on today, I was not able to change the quality box. It is on custom and will not allow a change. I create disc and when the burn disc box comes up my disc ejects and I get a message to insert a valid media.

That is 2 different issues that may be part of the same corruption...

 

So let's start with a proper repair and see what that will do for you:

 

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that!

 

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
