Result Code = -49

When using Toast 11 on the Mac, I get the following message when a video is just about done converting (from an M4v file to Quicktime file): Result Code = -49. Nothing comes up in google searches for this error. Any insights or guidance as to why this would be happening is appreciated. Thank you.

According to Apple's support site that code means "File already open with with write permission". My guess the double "with"s is a typo. I have no clue why you're getting that error or what to do about it. When searching this forum and the Toast 10 forum for similar reports, don't include the "-". Just search for "error 49" or "code 49".
