Importing From Zoom Q3 Video Recorder

I have videos from a Zoom Q3 video recorder that I'm trying to import into VideoWave (in EMC 10) w/o luck. I've tried importing directly from the recorder and I've tried putting the sd card that has the video on it in the computer but I can't figure it out. Does anyone have any suggestions?

What is the format of the video file? I see it records in 640x480, but what is the file type? What is the frame rate? Are you able to play the video file in something like Windows Media Player?

 

What version of Windows are you running? And do you really mean EMC 10, or do you mean Creator 2010? EMC 10 is pretty old at this point.

Copy the contents from the SD card in My Computer to your Desktop, right click copy, right click paste.

 

Open Videowave and click add photo/video then point it to your video on the Desktop.
