Unable to move the photos position within the photoshow. Script error message pops up all the time. Tried to reinstall FlashPlayer and it made no difference.

Please reply with a step by step easy fix.

Thanks.

Download the desktop version of PhotoShow 6 from your members page. Install it. Don't worry about the previous version; it will be overwritten. Make sure that you DO NOT HAVE YOUR ANTIVIRUS active during the install.

Why did you try to reinstall flash player? Is that the error message you got? If it is a typo, please acknowledge.

There are no easy fixes. Why do you want an easy one? Don't make it hard for us to help, give us enough information; we can't look over your shoulder !

There is no quick way of moving and deleting photos. That is just the way it is in Version 6. If you have been a long time member, and have the desktop version of Version 5, then you can do it quicker. There is no way to get version 5 now if you don't have it.

By the Way; Remember this is a users forum where Roxio/Corel do not regularly visit If at all. If you have provided enough information, I would not have asked for more. I am trying to help. You need someone on this site to help you more than they need you..

Did you download version 6 to your desktop? When do you get the script error? What is the exact wording of the script error?

I know you are frustrated but don't take it out on someone who is trying to help. You can always call Tech support (and pay for it).
