I am having trouble adding a short video (only a few seconds long) to my photo show program, I have windows 8 does anyone have any suggestions as how to add this. Thank you for any help.

PhotoShow is pretty operating system neutral for PC.

If you are trying to add a video to a PhotoShow on-line, it probably won't work. It is broken and Roxio/Corel haven't been able to fix it. What error message are you getting.

If you are making the PhotoShow on the desktop version make sure it is the right format and below the max size given below.

Roxio PhotoShow supports video clips in the following formats: AVI, MPEG1, and MOV.

The maximum file size of a video clip which can be included in a PhotoShow is 50 MB.

If you need more help, please give more information on what you are doing, error information, etc. We can help if you want to know more about the desktop version. I'm assuming that you have the Premium Membership.
