Hdmi Setup Complete, Is On Monitor But Black Screen On Pc- How To Fix, It Was Working At Beginning

Hello I just got my monitor in the mail and after testing it I hooked up xbox 360 with hdmi and cap card to everything input and output correct and brand new hdmi cables that work. But the screen on computer is black, like it thinks it is showing something, also audio goes through. I had this problem at my cousins before and messed with it and managed to get it working. What is the problem and how do I fix it?

 

Ok I just did another test and it seems to maybe be recording if I press it but the screen that is supposed to show it is still black, so how do I make it show up?

The Monitor would have nothing to do with it as the signal to your Laptop is from the USB and is working as you have confirmed.

 

The issue is your display on your Laptop!

 

Set everything to Stock settings and reboot.
