I uninstalled Roxio Creator 12 because the Edit Audio Tags feature quit working properly, so I figured I a clean install would solve that issue. So I went through Window Control Panel and untinstalled the program. No issues there. But when I use my Disc to reinstall the software, I only get the option to either "Repair" or "Remove". Clicking both does neither, as the program is not there. Therefore, I have a software program that I cannot reinstall.
I would welcome any and all suggestions. Nothing tried to date has worked, as the only options available to me anymore are to "Repair" or "Remove". Very frustrating.

BTW, my operating system is Vista.
