Hey, I have a very similar problem wherein I can neither export nor upload properly. My issue is a little strange: If I try to direct upload out of the project window in the editor, the prompts come up for me to sign into my youtube account. But, when I provide the proper credentials, the window just disappears and it asks me to once again sign in. As if I'd done nothing. The NEXT buttons remains non-interactive. I tried providing the wrong credentials and I got a message saying my password was wrong. So I know I used the right password. Also, when I give up on uploading straight from the editor, I try to close it and it locks up. I can only close it from the task manager after that.
So I try to Export the video as an mp4. I select The options that I sort of understand. All I know for sure is that an mp4 comes out. However, when I play this mp4, I find that while the audio track that I've added in .wav form plays perfectly, and the Text track that I added displays fine. But the one and only video channel plays at 1/2 normal framrate. The video ends up being twice as long as it shows in the editor and, obviously, is completely out of sync with the audio track ending at the proper time and video continuing on in slow motion until the end. I do not understand why I can repeatedly open this project in the editor and have it work perfectly well, but completely fail when I attempt to export it.
