Only Getting Partial Videos

I am using Easy VHS to DVD (beginner and novice). I can capture long runs of video, but when I go to burn the DVD, the content of my video files is much smaller than what I had captured. Example: I capture 45 minutes of video from the VCR, but resulting file is only the last 6-8 minutes. Sure it's something simple, and I'm just not figutring it out. Thanks for the help.

I would suspect... there is a break in the recording, noise, blank spot, etc. at the point where your capture stops.

 

Since you know how long the capture is and where it ends, check the tape at that point and look for interruptions
