Question

i have had my gamecap hd pro for a little while. when i first got it i had trouble with getting it to catch signal. sometimes it would work sometimes it wouldnt. so i just said screw it until i got a new laptop and now it has no signal all the time. yes before you ask everything is connected properly and and the light on the capcard lights up and so does the HDMI light. im lost. and technical support for the product is a joke. can not talk to a human nor do i have a stupid code to put it cause it was registered a while ago when i first plugged it up.

The Red No Signal indicates that the software drivers are in place and the software is communicating with the RGC Device...

Trouble is, that it is not receiving a signal!!!

Easy to test Hook Up ANOTHER source the RGC Device

A DVD or BD Player, a Camcorder, ANYTHING with either HDMI or Component output....

Let us know ;)
